Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: FEM

The First Trust Emerging Markets AlphaDEX Fund ETF (FEM) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 847,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 427,000.  Shares of FEM were down about 1.5% on the day.
